Hey! I’m Amanda!

I know what it’s like to feel stuck,  juggling the to-do list, showing up for everyone else, but feeling completely disconnected from yourself.
I spent years in the corporate world doing what I "should", micromanaged, overstimulated and anxious. The only place I felt like me was on the mat. That 20 minutes of movement? It reset everything.

That’s why I created The Pilates Club. Because if it changed my life, pulled me out of my head and back into my strength… I knew other women needed it too.

This isn’t just about fitness. It’s about remembering who you are.
Inside the Club, you’re not just working out, you’re building resilience, energy, and confidence that spills into every corner of your life.

With nearly a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I have created a transformative, fun and vibrant Pilates style that also embodies barre, yoga and resistance training.

I’m not here to push perfection. I’m here to be your mirror, to remind you that you’re already stronger than you think. Let’s move like it

I haven’t worked out in months, is this still for me?
100%. Start slow, choose your level, and build at your pace. In our online portal there is different sections depending on intensity, there is also countless challenges to get you into the swing of things or to start building up resilience. This is PERFECT for anyone who wants to feel GOOD about themselves and do it in a way that works in their life

What if I don’t have time?
Every class is 20 minutes or less, short enough to squeeze into nap time, lunch breaks, or before the school run. As a mum, wife, and business owner myself, I know the juggle. These classes are designed to be accessible, energising, and fun so you reach for them more often (not avoid them because they feel like a chore)

What if I miss a class?
Every single class is on demand, so you can press play anytime, anywhere. Whether it’s 6am before the kids wake up or 9pm after a long day, The Pilates Club moves when you do

What equipment do I need?
Just a mat and your beautiful self! Occasionally you’ll see classes that use light weights or resistance bands, but there’s always a bodyweight option
